Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item as proof.   

 

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

 

  • Change of Mind: While we encourage careful consideration before purchasing, we understand that sometimes things change. You may return unworn, undamaged jewelry items in their original packaging within 24 hours of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.

Return Process:

  2. Packaging: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected.
  3. Shipping: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. Please retain the shipping tracking number for reference.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) to verify its condition.
  5. Refund Processing: Once the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 48 hours of business days.

Important Considerations:

  • Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on beauty care products once they have been opened or used.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow processing time for the refund to appear on your account.
